Curriculum
This term our Geography topic is “Wonderful World” and our History topic is "How have schools changed over the past 100 years?”

Would you prefer to live in a hot or cold place?
This year the children will be learning about the world’s continents. They will recognise the features of hot and cold places and find similarities and differences between the UK and Kenya.
P.E.
Our P.E. days are:
Wednesday
On these days, your child/children will need to come into school dressed in an appropriate P.E. kit.
PE kit includes:
White t-shirt
Plain black shorts
Black joggers/leggings
Burgundy hoodie – with or without zip (with logo)
Trainers
Black pumps
Please be advised, no football kits are allowed. Black hoodies are allowed until they have been outgrown.
If you have any barrier to purchasing a suitable PE kit, please contact the Pastoral Team who will discuss how this can be resolved.
Children must not wear jewellery, including earrings, when participating in PE- for their own safety and the safety of others.
P.E. Topics :
During the year, we will look at Games, Ball Skills, Dance, Gymnastics and Athletics.
Homework
Homework and spellings will be sent as a paper copy on a Friday and expected to be returned by Wednesday. This will be a mixture of Maths, English and other subjects. Children will be provided with a book to complete their work in. Spelling tests are held on a Friday.
